1. General provisions

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Marvela Boats, including boat rentals, organized excursions, panoramic tours and other tourist services.

By using our services, the user is deemed to be familiar with and agrees to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Marvela Boats provides the following services:

• boat rental
• panoramic cruises
• boat rental with a skipper on agreed routes 4h
• private excursions according to client’s request

Routes, duration and excursion program can be adjusted to weather conditions and agreement with the skipper.

3. Reservations

The reservation is considered confirmed after:

• agreement via e-mail, phone or online form
• advance payments

Marvela Boats reserves the right to refuse a booking in case of unavailability of capacity or unfavorable conditions.

4. Payment

Payment can be made:

• in advance (online or bank transfer)
• on the day of the service (cash or card)

A deposit, if requested, secures your appointment.

5. Cancellation

The user may cancel the reservation under the following conditions:

• cancellation up to 48 hours before departure – possible refund of the advance payment (depending on the agreement)
• cancellation less than 48 hours before – advance payment is not refundable

In case of bad weather conditions, Marvela Boats reserves the right to cancel or change the date with a full refund or a new agreement.

6. Safety and responsibility

All passengers are required to follow the instructions of the skipper and crew.

Marvela Boats is not responsible for:

• personal injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions
• loss or damage to personal belongings
• damage resulting from irresponsible behavior of guests

7. Time and program changes

The duration of the trip and the route can be adjusted:

• weather conditions

• safety reasons

• skipper’s decision

Passenger safety always has priority.

8. Passenger delay

In the event of the user’s delay, Marvela Boats does not guarantee an extension of the trip or a refund.

9. Children and minors

Children must be accompanied by adults who bear full responsibility for them.

10. Personal data

All personal data are used exclusively for reservation and communication purposes and are not shared with third parties.

11. Final provisions

Marvela Boats reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice.

By using the services, the user is deemed to be familiar with and agrees to the latest version of the Terms.
